Mullingar Financial Advisor Supports Local Schools with Donations
As a Financial Advisor based in Westmeath, I know that the back-to-school season can be a financially challenging time for families in Mullingar and across Westmeath. As the school year begins, parents face expenses, like uniforms, books, and school supplies. These costs can add up quickly. These expenses put a strain on family budgets.
When I founded Ferris Financial, my mission was simple help families secure their financial futures. But just as importantly to give back to the community that has supported my family during our time in Mullingar.
Both of my children have attended St. Colman’s National School in Mullingar. My youngest is in 5th class. Schools like St. Colman’s provide outstanding education and support, but they too face budget constraints that limit what they can do.
Ferris Financial is donating €500 to St. Colman’s National School Parents Council Association to support families struggling with back-to-school costs. Here’s a photo of me handing over the cheque to the school principal, Ger Behan. This contribution will assist the school in easing the financial burden for local families during this busy time.
But our support doesn’t stop there. I will also be meeting with the principal of Loreto Girls Secondary School to make a similar donation, reaffirming our commitment to helping the families of Mullingar and beyond.
